Three steps of wet pan mill test

After the installation of the wet pan mill is completed, the sundries inside and outside the machine must be cleaned up before the first start up. At the same time, the connection of each component is installed without errors and leaks, and then the motor is turned on to allow the machine to idle. After running for about four hours, observe whether the motor and engine are abnormal and confirm the operation of the machine.
2.Sample running test
After the empty running test is successful, the next step is to add certain materials to the wet pan mill for a true functional trial. For the first time, it is best to add a small amount of material. It is advisable to not exceed half the upper limit of the machine load. This situation can be well checked. The efficiency and state of the machine under normal operating conditions.
3. Full load running test
The last step is to add a large amount of materials to the wet pan mill to allow it to run at full load, because this situation will inevitably occur in actual production, and it must be exceeded in advance Only after passing the verification of operation can the machine be put into actual use.
